It snowed this week up in northwestern Connecticut. Looks like fall
skipped out this year and winter will soon be here. I made it a point
to get my moped habit in order this weekend and get ready for
the colder weather.
I bought 5 large plastic bins from Walmart, a gigantic roll of movers
shrink wrap, and about 80 plastic sandwich bags. I had about 6
cardboard boxes filled with mixed various moped parts. Within a
few hours I was able to sort through and wrap and pack away
everything. I feel much more in control of the situation now.
As for the mopeds, I drained, removed, flushed out, and wrapped all
of the gas tanks and carbs, except for that on the Honda Express.
With any luck I still have a weekend or 2 to ride the Express around
before it is just to cold to ride anymore this year.
